CCO Patient Orthodontic Treatment in Woy Woy
We want to share with you the Orthodontic journey of our 13-year-old patient from Woy Woy. His parents were concerned about the appearance of his teeth. Only his upper teeth were showing when he smiled. He had severe lower crowding, moderate upper crowding and an overbite. Crowded teeth, also called overcrowding or dental crowding, is when there is not enough space in the mouth for permanent teeth to grow straight. As a result, people with this form of malocclusion (misalignment) have crooked teeth that overlap each other. After a thorough Orthodontic examination and discussion with his parents, we used the Twin Block appliance; we also performed Extractions and Upper & Lower Braces.
